With views overlooking the community pool and Gulf, you can delight in the relaxed vibe of the area. There are flat screen tv’s in the living room and both bedrooms if you can’t miss your favorite shows or sporting events. Or, better yet…take a sunset stroll on the sugar sand beaches and marvel at the emerald waters just steps from your door.
The master suite boasts a comfortable king-size bed, private balcony and private bath with extra-large shower. The 2nd bedroom features 2 extra-long twin beds and a walk-in closet. This property also includes a queen sleeper sofa in the living area and roll-a-way bed for extra guests, if needed.
There are lots of activities close by with popular Seaside just 1 ½ miles to the west and Rosemary Beach just a short drive to the east. Rent bikes and ride the paved bike path that runs in front of your property all along Scenic 30A, or rent kayaks or paddle boards and float on nearby Eastern Lake or out on the Gulf, if you prefer. There’s golfing, fishing, sightseeing and just about any fun beach activity you can imagine within the 30A community.
