Main living level, on the second floor, is open concept with lots of space and access to balconies. The main living area features a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, stainless applances and a dedicated icemaker! The living room area has two sofas and chairs plus a large 65 in tv over the gas fireplace.

The 3rd level has master bedroom with a king bed, attached bath, and private balcony. The second master with a king bed and attached bath is at the back end of the home with its own private balcony. The third bedroom on this floor is in the middle with 2 sets of twin/twin bunks and its own bath

Our home is located in the gated community, Maravella. It is a very short walk to a private beach access with over 300 feet of beach frontage. The Maravella community is within a mile of Pompano Joes, Capt. Dave's and the Crab Trap Restaurants. We are centrally located near to all of Destin's wonderful Restaurants, water sports, children's activities, outlet mall, upscale shopping, casual and fine dining, movie theater and beautiful golf courses.
