WELCOME to the "Beachcomber" ! This lovely 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Beach Retreat Cottage is ideal for one large family or two families that wish to share the cost. There are two master suites and each one has its own bathroom so that everyone can enjoy comfort and privacy. The house is just across the beach road to the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Just a short 1 - 2 minute stroll is one of the prettiest stretches of white sand beaches along the Gulf Coast.

This home accommodates 10 comfortably - two king, one queen, two twins & the living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Each bedroom has its own TV. The kitchen ( Located on the second floor ) , dining room and family room are open, which is great for gathering without feeling crowded. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and all your cooking and serving needs. The family room is very comfortable with a large TV, CD, and VHS/DVD player. Also, the house has free Internet service . There is parking for 2 cars.

Beach Retreat is right by Pompano Joe's Restaurant which is a great place to walk to in the evening. Destin has several nice restaurants at varying price points, a coffee shop, retail shops, and our kids' favorite, Fudpuckers, where you can feed the alligators. Bike rentals are also available in Destin. The community of Sandestin and Bay Towne Warf are just a short drive down scenic Hwy. 98 and is fun to visit.

We prefer to rent to families. We do not rent our house to students or young single adults under the age of 25 unless they are accompanied by an adult guardian or parent who remains in the house for the entire stay. Reservations made under false pretenses may be subject to forfeiture of advance rental payments and security/damage deposits. Our unit ( number 15 ) is Sure to please and offers a picturesque atmosphere for your next vacation in Miramar Beach. Enjoy a relaxing movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or simply exploring all that Miramar Beach has to offer. The living room leads directly out to an adorable, screened-in lanai, offering outdoor seating as well as a charcoal grill, perfect for grilling out. Up the stairs to the second floor, you will find both bedrooms. Both the master bedroom with a king bed as well as the guest bedroom with a queen bed have ensuite bathrooms. The inviting main bedroom boasts a large flat screen tv as well as a walk in shower in the ensuite. The guest bedroom also has a large flat screen tv with the ensuite featuring a tub/shower combo. Welcome to Our Golden Sunrise Retreat! - This beutiful vacation rental in the popular community of Frangista Beach is new to our rental family. With features like a private dipping pool and being only steps away from the community beach access, there isn't much this beach house is lacking.

Upon entering the home you are greeted by the beautiful foyer and grand stairwell. The first floor features 3 of the 7 bedrooms as well as a kitchenette and dining area. Past the dining area you will find the entry toward the pool deck and lounge space.

The 2nd level features the main living area, kitchen and dining room. Our kitchen features 2 dishwashers as well as built in oven and microwave. Our main kitchen features stainless steel applances as well as granite counter tops. This floor also has the 4th bedroom with it's own private balcony overlooking the pool.

On the 3rd floor you will find the Master King suite and the guest Queen suite, each with their own private bathroom and balconies. Then on the 4th floor is the tower with 360 degree views from wall-to-wall windows. The tower is currently being used as a 7th sleeping area.

The community of Frangista Beach offers two beach accesses and a luxurious community pool with waterfall and restrooms. The home is centrally located being less than 15 yards from the community pool and less than 200 yards from the community beach access.

The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation and spans approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. Guests of “Golden Sunrise Retreat” also have access to the large community pool complete with a waterfall and restroom facilities. The pool is never too crowded because only select Frangista homes have access.

Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece built a small motel and, subsequently, a little white chapel. Many brides are married on the Frangista Beach and use the picturesque chapel for photographs. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return year after year!

Welcome to the Stowaway cottage! This adorable cottage is a three bedroom two and a half bath home approximately 1,800 sq. ft with two stories. You will walk into a spacious living room with plenty of seating and a Flat Screen TV/DVD player. The kitchen and dining area are also in this area and overlook the living room to make socializing simple! The master bedroom with a private bathroom and access to the outside patio area is also located on the ground floor. The laundry room with brand new washer and dryer, and a half bath are also on the first floor. Enjoy patio access from the hall and master bedroom. Top floor features two bedrooms with balcony access as well as a large bathroom. In one bedroom there are two full beds. The other bedroom features a King bed. Both of these bedrooms have access to the second floor balcony.

There are two pools in this subdivision one is only a 1/2 block away and the other is about a block walk towards the beach. As if the home isn't good enough Emerald Shores also has its own PRIVATE beach access as well as beach restrooms and pavilion!! Tram service runs during peak seasons in case the sun and sand have worn you down! Capt Dave’s on the Gulf & Kenny D’s are restaurant/bars within walking distance to The Stowaway Cottage. Crab Trap is a little farther down, but would be a fairly easy walk for the family to make to enjoy some other dinner fare! This home has internet and is conveniently located in the Miramar Beach area of Destin about 1.5 miles East of the Destin Commons and Bass Pro Shop. Built in 2005, we purchased this lovely home that had not been on the rental market this year and have decorated this house with our enjoyment and yours in mind. The furniture. appliances and the flat paneled TVs in the living room and bedrooms are all new.

On the first floor you will find 3 spacious bedrooms: king-size master with bath; a queen with shared bath; and a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a trundle bed, as well as a laundry with high efficency washer/dryer and ironing board/iron are available.

On the second floor ( main level ) is the main master bedroom, a king-size room with bath that features a jetted tub and separate shower. The living room with a sofa chaise and two chairs , a half bath and kitchen/dining room complete the second floor.

The living area is open and spacious, easily accomodating your family and friends. There is a 60" TV with DVD player and high speed wireless internet throughout the cottage.

Your options are endless. Spend your days on the infamous sugar sand beaches just 50 yards away. We'll provide beach service ( two beach chairs and an umbrella ) during your stay ( March 1 through October ), you can take a dip in the 3,000 square foot, heated ( Community pool is heated Thanksgiving week, Christmas week and Spring Break ) pool with a hot tub attached or workout in the private fitness center. All just steps away from the house. After the pool or beach, you can relax on the 2nd floor balcony where there is seating for 4.

Secret Paradise in Paradise Retreat is a perfect family vacation home! This 2200 sq ft home is great for two families to enjoy a vacation together while still having the privacy of their own bedrooms. This home has 2 Master bedrooms with king size beds, plus two more bedrooms for the children. Each bedroom have their own tv, dvd, clock radios, telephone and ceiling fans.

One of the master bedroom has an attached bath with double vanity sinks plus a separate tub and shower. The other bathroom is just outside the door to the second Master bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, while the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the Great Room for additional guest. We also have a queen sleeper sofa for additional guest. We have plenty of storage space so you won't feel cramped...we regularly visit our cottage, so we want it to be nice for ourselves too. :)

FULL KITCHEN equipped with all you need for at home dining...including a blender for smoothies or other icy treats. So plan to cook up your daily catch or pick up some fresh seafood at the market. The grocery store is minutes away.

Go shopping at the Shoppes at Paradise Key and Destin Commons, which are about 2 mile away from the community. Silver Sands Outlet shopping is a short drive away.

Go to popular eating spots such as The Crab Trap, Beach Walk Cafe, and Camille's Sidewalk Cafe. Stroll on the trail to get to these eateries.

If you do not want to bring your boat, one of Destin’s many charter boats would love the opportunity to take you out for full or half day excursions. Water surrounds Destin with the intercoastal waterway to the north and Gulf on the south, creating an abundance of water sports available, including kayaking, wave running, parasailing, kite surfing, snorkeling and so much more! Cayenne Cottage at 13 Cottage Row is a lovely, four-bedroom 2100 sq ft., beach cottage. It is located in the private gated community of Beach Retreat in beautiful Miramar Beach on Scenic Gulf Drive. Just steps to the crystal sands of the Gulf, it is ideally located for restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Built in 2005, we have professionally decorated this house with our enjoyment and yours in mind. The furniture. appliances and the flat paneled TVs in the living room and bedrooms are all designed for your comfort.

On the first floor you will find 3 spacious bedrooms: king-size second master with bath; a queen with shared bath; and a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds, as well as a laundry with full size washer/dryer and ironing board/iron are available.

On the second floor (main level) is the master bedroom, a king-size room with bath that features a jetted tub and separate shower. The living room, a half bath and kitchen/dining room complete the second floor.

The living area is open and spacious, easily accommodating your family and friends. There is a 60" TV and high-speed wireless internet throughout the cottage.

Your options are endless. Spend your days on the infamous sugar sand beaches just 50 yards away. We'll provide beach service (two beach chairs and an umbrella) during your stay (March 1 through October), you can take a dip in the 3,000 square foot, heated (seasonally) pool with a hot tub attached or workout in the private fitness center. All just steps away from the house. After the pool or beach, you can relax on the 2nd floor balcony where there is a bistro table with seating for 4 or lounge in the Adirondack chairs while you enjoy your favorite drink.

This beach condominium rental includes a stacked washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience. A fully equiped kitchen is provided with all the necessary cooking utensils. Only guests of the Majestic Sun and its affiliates may use your privately gated heated multilevel indoor and outdoor pools. The private white sandy beaches are approximately 50 feet from the front door of the Majestic Sun! Seascape Golf and Tennis resort owns 2,000 feet of white sandy beach!! An onsite beach-chair service and TIKI bar is there to assist your beach relaxation needs. A short stroll towards Seascape’s beachside Whale’s Tails restaurant and bar will take you right by the water-sports checkout desk where Parasailing, Wave Runner Rentals, Kayaking and Paddle Boards are available, as well as Resort Bike Rental. This wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 bath beach cottage is located in the beautiful Cottage Retreat Community of Destin Florida. We invite you and your family to stay in our wonderful cottage for a week in paradise! If you like sugar-white sand, emerald waters and swaying palms, you will love this community.

The cottages in Cottage Retreat are quaint reminders of days gone by with front porches, and bright decorative colors, with the entire community built on a cul-de-sac.

Our cottage comes equipped with all of the comforts of home and possibly a few more! This home has 3 bedrooms, beautifully furnished and all the comforts of home. This home features a wrap-around deck on the first floor, and the second floor has a balcony for enjoying fresh evening breezes. The beach walkover is a short 2 minute stroll to the sugar white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf. Our home is in a perfect location. You will want to return year after year!

We have a community pool with hot tub a half a block away from our home along with the club house and fitness center with state of the art equiptment.

Our kid friendly neighborhood will make a perfect vacation spot for your family. Cottage Retreat is like returning to the 1950's for kids ... the Popsicle man truck rings his bell every evening.
