This level can sleep up to 22 Adults if needed.

Gulf Coast Getaways would like to welcome 1206 Via De Luna to our great portolio of large Pensacola Beach homes.  This house provides great value for the multi-family vacation.  This house has a great layout, plenty of sleeping, elevator, large decks, plenty of parking, a private pool, and a walkway from the pool right to the beach!  

The main level of the house boasts an open floor plan with great room, open kitchen, and dining area as well as 5 bedrooms.  On the front side of the main level we have 2 queen bedrooms on either side of the great room, but with on suite bathrooms.  On the southeast side of the house is a Master bedroom with King bed and on suite bathroom.  On the west wing of the main level are 2 bedrooms, one is a bunk bedroom with 2 queen beds, a trundle bed, and a sleeper sofa - follow the hallway down to the shared full bathroom with shower/tub combo and then you have the 5th bedroom with a King bed.   In the east wing is the elevator, the elevator will take you up to the third level where the layout is repeated with 2 queen bunk bed room, down the hallway to the full bathroom, and then to the last bedroom with King bed.

The outside area is very well done!  Nicely landscaped front yard and fenced in back yard with multiple decks off of the house.  At ground level is your private pool, very niced size at 12 by 26, with various pool furniture surrounding the pool area.  In the pool area is a gate which opens to the pathway straight from the house to the beach, about 100 yards away with no major road to cross - super convenient.  Downstairs in the garage we are adding some fun amenities - a ping pong table and corn hole, as well as 2 wagons with 12 beach chairs and 6 umbrellas.

This is a brand new construction 5BR/7BA home with every possible amenity you could want for the beach!  This is for the beach lovers, the boaters, the watersport enthusiasts, the fisherman, and the families going on the ultimate Navarre Beach vacation.  

The layout - starting from the ground level up.  At ground level will be the garage, two glass garage doors in the back that open up to the 15 by 30 ft pool (which is huge for the beach), Outdoor shower, grill, and a half pool bathroom.  The main level will be the open kitchen and living room (queen sleeper sofa), and one bedroom with 2 queen built in bunk beds and two twin built in bunk beds (Bedroom 5).  Upstairs there will be 4 additional bedrooms - 1 King master with queen sleeper, 1 queen bedroom, bedroom 3 with 2 queen beds, and bedroom 4 with king bed.  Every bedroom has an on suite bathroom with the King master suite having a standalone tub.

The house will have some very unique options - Bring your own boat or rent the boat with a captain, the boat stays at the house on the boat lift if not bringing your own watercraft.  If you are bringing your own boat the boat that is with the house will be moved so you have space to dock.  The house will have a 6 seat Golf Cart in garage which can be rented and used to travel around Navarre Beach.

Description

This is a brand new offering from Gulf Coast Getaways and we are super excited about this beautiful, soundfront, Pensacola Beach home.  This house was for years a well maintained and loved second home for the previous owners, the new owners are excited about both using the home and making it a great vacation rental house for the discerning consumer.

For the summer of 2021 this house will big a great space for up to 12 people, ideal for families and family groups.  The house is an elevated home on pilings with two living levels.  The main level boasts a very nice Chef's Kitchen open to the great room and dining room.  Additionally, this space opens up to a great waterfront deck/porch that gives amazing Panoramic views of the intracoastal waterway and the beautiful water life activity in this great water environment.  You should expect to see wildlife, dolphins on occassion, boaters, water sports, etc right from your private porch.  On the main living level is the master bedroom with on suite bathroom, the bedroom has a king bed.  Additionally we have provided two roll away beds with twin mattresses to provide sleeping for 12 if necessary for your group.

The upstairs has 3 additional bedrooms.  On the East side of the upstairs are two bedrooms with queen beds that share a Jack and Jill full bathroom.  On the West side is another bedroom with 2 queen beds and a new on suite bathroom.  

The most exciting feature of this home, besides an ideal location to reach the beach on the Gulf side (5 minute walk), is the great access to the water with a beautiful long pier.  Your family and friends will have hours of fun swimming at the end of the dock, kayakying, paddleboard fun, and for those who have a boat this house is perfect.  If you do not have a boat this would be the ideal house to rent a boat for the week or to rent some sort of watercraft to be able to take advantage of the great intracoastal waterway (or sound some call it).  There is plenty of depth at the end of the dock to tie up and secure a boat, as well as a ladder down to the water.  The fishing can be excellent off of the dock with all types of bait fish, trout, red fish, and other great sport fish that go through the waterway.  

** There will be a Phase II renovation of the house in the winter of 2021 to add a bunk room and great room to the upstairs, this will make the occupancy expand to 14 for 2022 **

There are 4 large porches and a beautiful pool patio backyard that makes White Sands great for family gatherings.  An elevator makes the home easy for all ages. This home is one of the finest rentals on Navarre Beach.  

 

White Sands has a unique location with unobstructed views of both the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is a 2 minute walk or electric golf cart* ride away. The cart seats 6 and makes it easy to transport your beach gear and family. Bouncing between the beach and your private pool will be a breeze.

 

The house was built with high end appliances, furnishings and technology not found in all beach rentals. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom that features a different tub surround tile accent color. Every room will remind you of the beautiful beach which awaits you with this rental.

 

The first living floor has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room that have water views in all directions. The high end chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with solid surface countertops, designer tile backsplash, double oven and an under the counter microwave. A large kitchen island seats 6 and there is a dining room table that seats 10. There is a dry bar with a wine cooler for use. The living room has sofas and chairs for everyone to enjoy the large flat screen TV. Front and back porches have additional seating for casual outdoor living.

 

This floor also has the first master king bedroom with clear views of the gulf and a second bedroom featuring built-in queen bunk beds that face the sound. Each bedroom has a bathroom with shower tubs. There is also a half bathroom on this level.

 

The other three bedrooms and bunk room are upstairs. The master suite has a king bed and twin pull out sofa. The master bedroom overlooks the sound with stunning views. The master bath features a designer private shower and a large soaking tub. The second master bedroom has a king bedroom that overlooks the gulf. The third bedroom has a queen bed with views of the sound. Both of these bedrooms have bathrooms with shower tubs. The bunk room has built in extended length twin bunk beds. Welcome to Pensacola Beach's newest and most adorable vacation home! What this house lacks in size, it makes up for in rustic charm! The Surf Shack is a 900 square foot house that is perfect for a small family of five. If your group craves the privacy of a single-family home but doesn’t desire the cost of a large beach home, this house is perfect! You can even bring the family dog.

This home was purchased for its location as well as it’s beautiful views! It is positioned so that guest have clear and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is a quick walk across a neighborhood road (30 steps from the sand). The location is also walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The home is also located near the Parade route and will be a Mardi Gras hot spot!

The interior of the Surf Shack is cozy with the living room and kitchen being the first thing you see when you enter the home. The living room has a large flat screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa. Between the kitchen and living room you will find a two-person bar. Additional dining space is on the upstairs deck and a larger table down below.

The kitchen has limited space but should have everything you need for basic meals. It has a two - eye stove, an oven, toaster, and a microwave. The home also has a full-sized fridge in the kitchen and an additional fridge with an ice maker in the laundry room down below.

The master bedroom is also on the main level. This room has a king-sized bed, a flat screen tv, and beautiful views of the gulf. The master bedroom connects to the homes main bathroom which has a vanity and a single person shower.

This cute little home also has a quaint loft area which can be a great place for the kids or a second couple. A queen-sized bed is in the loft area along with a small futon sofa. A half bath is also located in the loft area.

The outside of the Surf Shack is where guest will find lots of spill over space. Off the main living area guest will find a nice sized deck with seating. This is a great place to have your morning coffee or glass of wine to watch the sunset. The bottom level deck is nicely shaded and will be a cool and spacious place to grill out, have family dinner, and watch tv. This bottom level deck is also where guest can find the laundry room and an additional full-sized fridge/freezer with an ice maker. This level also has an outside shower to hose the sand off your feet!

This is a pet friendly home. This means one medium dog or up to 2 of a small breed dog. Bringing a pet requires an additional fee and possibly a pet damage deposit depending on the pet situation.

This home has some tight spaces so please keep this in mind when booking! The loft space has limited height and the spiral stairs leading to the loft is a compact space.

 We would like to welcome to the market Pensacola Beach's newest luxury home! This home received a décor update. Will be going through more renovations Winter 2024.  The owner was adamant that the house continues to be a “beach home”, meaning the original wood and warm welcoming feel of the home must remain intact. The bottom floor of Bare Feet Retreat has a drive-in car port that offers a perfect place to keep at least one car out of the elements. This is also a great spot to store floats, coolers, and additional beach equipment.
 

The main level of the home is an open concept with a large great room, dining room, and kitchen. In this large space families can gather to cook, dine, and watch tv. The living room has plenty of seating with 3 large sofas’ (one of which has a queen size sleeper sofa), a large flat screen tv.  The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of room for a family meal as the bar area seats four and the farm house table has seating for eight. 
 

The large porch is a guest favorite for sure! This is a cozy place to get out of the sun yet still enjoy the views of the surf. This area has a comfortable hanging porch swing as well as an additional area to dine or watch for dolphins. Off both sides of the porch you will find open deck areas, perfect for the sun lovers!
 

Also on the main level of the home guests will find a large master suite complete with a flat screen tv and a sliding glass door that leads to the deck. This is a sun filled room with sweeping water front views of the sand and surf. It is also sizable enough to have room for a king bed and a full bed. The lay out conveniently enables families with small children to sleep in the same room with parents. The adjoining master bathroom has a large vanity as well as a soaker tub and a separate shower.

On the other side of the home guests will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Zone 1 consists of three large bedrooms which share two bathrooms.  In Zone 1 two of the rooms are furnished with a  queen bed and two twin bunk beds in order to sleep a group of four, the 3rd bedroom has one queen bed to comfortably sleep two.   Zone 2 consist of two bedrooms, of which 1 is the Master bedroom, and the other is a double queen and shares a bathroom. Zone 3 is downstairs and  consist of 1 bedroom with king bed and a bunk room with double queen bunk beds (sleeps 8!) which share a bathroom.   

Overall we have 8 Queen Beds, 2 King Beds, and 2 sets of built in custom twin Bunk-beds.  All beds are pillow top mattresses so everyone is your group will find the perfect place to cuddle in after a long day in the sun!

The location of "The Sunshine House" is ideal. The home boast spectacular views of the gulf and is just a short walk to the beach. On the right side of the house is a closed off path that leads directly to the gulf. The beautiful pool area under the house gives guests the option of spending the day at the beach or just hanging in the backyard and enjoying the pool. The shaded space will be perfect for staying cool while watching the kids swim. This area also has a convenient pool bath with a shower. No climbing the stairs with little ones for the bathroom!!  There is a gas grill for cooking poolside.

The kitchen is a show stopper with custom cabinets, classic granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. It also comes equipped with all your basic needs to provide meals and entertainment. This beautiful kitchen has a free standing ice maker and even a convenient trash chute. The full-size laundry room can be found off the kitchen.
On the first floor, you will also find four different sleeping areas. The master bedroom has a four poster king bed as well as a large flat screen tv. This room also has its own private deck, a large walk in closet, and a stunning bathroom which has a freestanding tub and separate walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a flat screen TV, as well as its own en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has another queen bed and connects to a beautiful shared bath from the living room. Lastly, a small sleeping area with a twin bed is located directly off of the kitchen. This is the perfect place for a child or even the single individual in the group.

The large shaded deck off the kitchen is the ideal place to have morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. This area has comfortable seating as well as a dining table. This is also the best spot to hear the surf and watch the waves roll in from the Gulf of Mexico!

The top floor of the house is exceptionally inviting and has a wonderful lay out which provides sleeping for 6 people. The views of the gulf from this floor are undeniably breathtaking! As you come to the top of the stairs you will find a precious bunk area that has three twin beds.  Two of the bunks even have their own little privacy curtain. The bedroom off the bunk room has a queen bed and an additional twin.  Both rooms have a flat screen TV. The full-sized bath is off to the side of the bunk room. This top floor space can be perfect for an entire family or could also be used as a complete "kidzone".

Once you take in the views from this unit you will understand why the owners waited for this specific condo to come on the market - they are undeniably the best! The kitchen is not only beautiful but comes fully equipped with everything you need! Plenty of seating is provided from the bar stools and dinning room table that seats 6. If you had rather be on the balcony than in the kitchen at meal time - dinner can be prepared from the built in electric grill.
This condo is located in the favored tower 3 which is the closet tower to the gulf. If you want to spend time at the beach it is just a short walk or you can enjoy a ride in the complimentary resort shuttle.  
If you have never stayed at Portofino Island Resort you are in for a treat! 
Portofino offers so many activities that it is hard to list them all! You can rent bikes, golf carts, and mopeds or enjoy a game of tennis. You can take a ferry boat ride over to the main land or dine in the resort restaurant. Kids and adults can enjoy the inflatable water park that is an adventure all in itself! You can also order drinks and sandwiches at the outside bar or from a waitress at the pool!
Once you are on site at the resort you really have no reason to leave for your entire vacation. In the summer different nights offer different exciting events. This beautiful 3 bedroom condo is a place you will never want to leave! Every window in the entire unit offers spectacular views of the gulf, the sound, and the entire Santa Rosa Island! To get an even better look at the views, you just step out to the wrap around balcony! The balcony provides a place to sit and have your morning coffee, a glass of wine before dinner or a perfect place for a nap in one of the chaise lounges!

This unit has just been renovated in April 2014! The entire unit has been painted and decorated in muted beach colors which can be found in the natural environment of the gulf coast! The living room and dinning room have been refurnished with upscale furniture that is not only very chic but also very comfortable! This was all done by a local Pensacola designer! It is just beautiful (the pictures don't do it justice)! The lay out of this unit makes it very easy to accommodate a large number of people.

 

All three bedrooms each have their own attached bathroom. You will also find a half bath off of the kitchen and living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a large walk in closet. It also has a patio door that opens to the balcony. The master bathroom is spacious with his and her sinks, a jetted tub, and a separate shower. The second and third bedrooms offer amazing views and plenty of space. One of these bedrooms has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. For additional guest a blow up mattress is stored in the closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your basic cooking needs. The beautiful new dinning room table seats eight and two additional bar stools are just a few feet away.
