Welcome to Beach Reunion's newest addition in Crystal Beach! Our guests will thoroughly enjoy the fun and coastal atmosphere at "Skipper's Escape" on Shirah Street in Destin! This charming 6 BR/5.5 BA hosts families or friend getaways both large and small. Take full advantage of the sparkling clean private pool, large cabana and carriage house, fully stocked kitchen and other excellent amenities for your home away from home while on vacation! Oh, and did we mention you're just 3 houses back from the beach access? Convenience and location are a MUST! 

Upon entry into the main house, guests will find a well appointed living room with a 55" plasma screen TV, cozy furniture and you can let the sweeping Florida breezes blow through your front door. The open floor plan leads to a fully equipped and newly remodeled kitchen, dining seating for 8 guests, a breakfast nook table for 2 and 2 additional built in bar seats. On the first floor of the main house, there are sleeping arrangement for 4. The oversized sectional sofa in the living room converts to a sleeper, queen sized, for 2 guests. There is also a King Suite with Private Bath and dedicated porch access on this floor. Extra spacious and convenient for the very best first impressions!

On the second floor of the main house, sleeping arrangements include: Master King Suite with Private Bath (jacuzzi tub and private balcony access with gulf views) and a queen sleeper sofa for the kids, a Queen bedroom with private bath and private porch/balcony access, and a bunk room with a twin/full bunk and standalone twin bed. The bunkroom uses a full bathroom in the hallway. 

Up on the third floor, guests get the ultimate gulf views through the loft with two separate decks/balconies for sipping your morning coffee or sipping an evening cocktail. 

As you venture across the courtyard area and around the pool, enter the carriage house for additional sleeping arrangements for 10. Crash for the night in either the King bedroom or the bunk room with 2 full/full bunks. Both bedrooms use the full bathroom in the carriage house. What's even better is the kitchenette with full refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, large wall mounted TV and bar sink.

**HOA has strict 5 car parking policy. If you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office.**

BEACH ACCESS: The beach access for this property is just at the end of the street, a short 5 minute walk!

BEACH CHAIR SERVICE: guests are able to rent through La Dolce Vita for setups located at the restaurant the Crab Trap. Beach Service Vendors are not available for the Hutchinson beach access.*

WEDDINGS/EVENTS – All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. Please note tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations. *Weddings/Events held on the beach in coordination with a stay at this home must obtain the separate permit through Okaloosa county in addition to the $750 Beach Reunion event fee.*

Additional Amenities:

POOL HEAT: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $50/day or $350/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

"Good Day Sunshine" is a magnificent 6,500 sq. ft. beach home featuring 8 Private King suites, 2 Spacious Bunk Rooms and has 11.5 baths, there is so much room for the PERFECT Family Vacation! Located within 100 yards of the beach access, with no major roads to cross. This quiet beach is away from the crowds yet close to all the fun. Sandestin is 1.5 miles to the East and Silver Sands is located just across Highway 98!

Entering the home, you will be blown away by the lavish kitchen and state of the art kitchen cabinets and appliances. The kitchen has a sprawling 6’ x 12’ granite island. The first-floor kitchen is a few steps from the double garage and is the perfect place to bring in your grocery supplies and beverages to unload. What’s even better is that there are two of everything in this kitchen, including 2 GE side-by-side refrigerators, 2 Bosch dishwashers and 2 ovens, one gas and one electric. The 48” Wolff gas stove is the centerpiece of this modern and airy kitchen for the master chef.

If you are looking for ample space for a sit-down dinner...Problem Solved! The island can seat 8 in bar stools and the two dining room tables can seat 10 each for a total of 28 people inside the home.

There is no shortage of attention to detail in Good Day Sunshine, special design has been engineered into the large living room and dining room with a 35' wide room. The entire first floor of the home features 12' ceilings, a 12' large sliding glass door and 8' tall windows allow the outside kitchen and pool area to be seen as soon as you enter the home. There is a full bath off the summer kitchen for swimmers and sunbathers and a stylish half bath just inside the home as well.

As you ascend the stairs to the second and third floor of this beautiful beach home, comfort and space is the name of the game. No guest will feel the pains of overcrowding, no sleeper sofas in the home, no one has to sleep on the couch! There are wall mounted 50" TV's in every room. Ceiling fans and recessed lighting are standard in each room. All bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort and privacy. The second floor features a children’s den, a bunk room with sleeping arrangements for 8, laundry room with full size washer and dryer and high-end furniture and decor in the FOUR King Suites all featuring private bathrooms.

The third floor is a similar layout to the second and spares no expense on space. This stereo experience allows you to adjust the volume throughout different areas of the home and out by the pool, from your phone! Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Destin Firefighter Margaritas, to offer rental of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. The machine is available for use the moment you arrive; no delivery is necessary! These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering. Upon arrival, you will find your frozen drink machine along with 6 different flavor options. Each mix produces 4 gallons (51 - 10 oz. servings) of frozen drinks. The first mix is always complimentary, and each additional mix used is $20 billed at the end of your stay.

In addition to the screened second story balcony, the third story balcony leads the way to the over-sized lookout tower with plenty of seating for a cool spot on a hot day watching and listening to the soothing ocean waves. 
 
Even though Big Sandy is only steps from the beach, what vacation is complete without a dip in the backyard pool or bubbly hot tub?  The pool is a spacious 22' x 10' with a combined spa which is 9' x 10'. With plenty of seating under the cool shade of the pergola, guests can further entertain themselves with the outdoor toss game court or cook up the catch of the day on the outdoor built-in Coyote grill.   Large first floor gathering room where guests can watch their favorite sporting events on the 55” Smart HDTV.  However, to accommodate all guests, the kids may want to travel to the third floor gathering area to check out the Arcade, which has 55 games including Pac Man, Galaga, and Dig Dug, or play a round of Foosball, watch a movie or play the latest video games streamed from their own PlayStation account on another 55” Smart HDTV.
 
Big Sandy is a block away from the beach and a short walk away from all the dining, shopping, and entertainment options of downtown Seaside.  For your convenience during the summer season, we have provided guests with beach chair service, which includes 2 umbrellas and 4 beach chairs setup daily. This home rests in the exclusive coastal community of Frangista Beach.  This home is just a 3 minute stroll to the communities’ private beach access. So guests will be able to get to the sugar white sands of the emerald coast and away from the crowd.  This 6000 sq. ft. home can sleep up to 23 people with 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms making it the perfect summer getaway! In front of the entrance to the home is the private 12x20 ft., 5ft deep pool, enclosed courtyard . Aurora is the perfect getaway where you can celebrate a family reunion or get together with friends.  The comfortable cushioned chairs around the poolside table for 8 makes for an enjoyable evening.
 
 
The second floor has spacious living area that flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen areas, giving an optimal open area for conversing and visiting. The living room receives a lot of light flowing in from the balcony doors and has plenty of comfortable seating. Near the living room is the fully furnished kitchen. This kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Beside the kitchen is the chandelier lit dining table along with an adjacent breakfast bar so that seating will never be an issue. This second floor features a large balcony overlooking the pool with 2 queen suites each with their own stylistic decorations, private baths, and personal TV’s. 
 
Continue up to the third floor will be the remaining 3 bedrooms. There are 2 king suites and one with a queen. Each room features its own personal and unique decorations with their own private baths and TV’s. This floor also includes a large balcony with an amazing view of the area. Tucked into the wall is a spiraling stair case leading up to the homes tower.
 
Completing the home will be the fourth floor tower. The tower features two beds that receive plenty of light streaming in from the rooms many windows. This bright and sunny room has access to 2 balconies. The back balcony is actually a large sky deck with enough room for the whole house to enjoy the summer sun. The front balcony boasts the perfect view of the gulf and with the warm sea breeze and the bright blue skies your summer adventure starts now.

  Palm Villa is a comfortable & chic 3,000 square foot vacation home located in the prestigious neighborhood of Frangista Beach. This home has all new appliances, paint, and lighting! It is approximately a two-minute walk to the sugar white sands of your private beach access. With 5 lovely bedrooms, an extra sleeper sofa, bunkroom for the kids, and 5.5 upgraded bathrooms, this home can easily accommodate up to 18 members of your family and friends. Outside, guests will find plenty of patio space as well as a fenced in yard with a private in-ground, 26x17 foot pool and gas grill. Also for your convenience is an outdoor kitchen featuring a flat screen TV, full refrigerator, sink, microwave and dishwasher. New patio furniture and table allow you to enjoy a pool side BBQ.

The first floor has bright and cheery entry way which features a queen room suite with a private bath. Across the hall there is King Suite with a private bath. Completing this level, there is a bedroom featuring two full size beds with an on-suite bath. There is a half bath which can also open to the outdoor patio making it easy for pool days!

Upstairs you will find the main living area and access to the second-floor balcony. This area comprises the open living, dining and kitchen portions of the house which makes it great for entertaining. The beautiful king master suite is on this level and has access to the balcony. Completing this level there is another nice bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin beds that has access to the full hall bath.

Welcome to Peace of Paradise!

This home is located on the beautiful Frangista Beach with Gulf front views that will captivate its guests with three levels of balconies overlooking the water. Frangista Beach is private so guests will be able to get to enjoy the sugar white sands of the emerald coast and away from the crowd.  This community off Scenic Hwy 98 is in the middle of tropical excitement with beach shops and shoreline restaurants are within walking distance.

Peace of Paradise is a family favorite with 2,500 sq. ft. of spacious accommodations that can comfortably sleep 20 people. Starting with the first floor we find two bedrooms. The first being a 6 bed, custom built bunk room, perfect for teens and young adults. Next is a decoratively furnished king master suite with plenty of natural light streaming through the balcony entrance. This bedroom has a master bath, personal flat-screen TV, mini-fridge and wet bar. Out onto the first balcony is a beautiful view of the Gulf along with its own private 6'x 8' splash pool and beach access.

Follow the stairs or use the homes elevator up to the second floor where the warm decorations of the living room greet you. This room is fit with new living room furniture, large flat-screen TV, and sunlight brightening the room from the balcony entrance. Beside the living room is the gourmet kitchen finished with cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a complimentary dining space. Completing this level is a queen suite with a full bath and plenty of natural light.

Located on the third floor are two suites. The first is a queen suite with a private bathroom, that overlooks the Frangista Beach Community. The other is a king suite painted in a tropical green with a private balcony and whirlpool style bath with a separate shower. The balcony is the perfect place to watch the beach sunset! Having the beach at your doorstep, you can truly enjoy your vacation in this Peace of Paradise.

The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. Guests of Peace of Paradise also have access to the large community pool complete with a waterfall and restroom facilities. The pool is never too crowded because only select Frangista homes have access. This home is within walking distance of a coffee shop, deli, Dairy Queen, a beach gear shop and local favorite beach front seafood restaurants, Pompano Joe's and Whales Tale. Frangista Beach is also home to Emerald Coast Wine Cellars where you can sample and purchase wines made exclusively in Florida. A large Winn-Dixie grocery store is 1.5 miles to the east and beside it you will find the largest designer outlet mall in the Southeast, Silver Sands Premium Outlet. Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece built a small motel and, subsequently, a little white Synagogue (which still stands to this day). Touched by the Sun is the sister home to our beautiful "Born to Sun" home in the Frangista Beach community. This beautiful 8 bedroom, 8 bath home has been completely renovated with new interior and exterior paint, new living room furniture and updated bedroom furniture and mattresses! The 13x28 ft, 5ft deep pool area features new LED lightinh and includes a hot tub, 10 lounge chairs, and a table for 6. Lay and play in the sun all day as this is one of the few homes which does not have complete shade over the pool area.

Upon entering the home guests will notice the warm decorations in the living room along with the beautiful travertine floor. The living room has seating for 8 and a 40” flat-screen TV. The adjacent dining space offers seating for up to 10 people with additional seating for 5 at the breakfast floor.

The full sized gourmet kitchen is equipped with Viking stainless steel appliances including a gas range and two dishwashers and a wet bar with a free standing ice maker. The kitchen is completed with custom cabinets and granite counter tops.

Located on the first floor, there is a kid-friendly media room with a 60” flat-screen TV, and custom built-in queen over queen bunk beds. Kick back and enjoy that summertime block buster! There are two bedrooms that complete this level and two bathrooms. A custom built bunk room that sleeps 3 and has its own private bathroom and flat-screen TV. The king suite has an attached semi-private bath and flat-screen TV.

Awaiting you on the second floor is a cozy game room with a flat-screen TV, pool table and plenty of sunshine coming from the balcony. You can also enjoy the balcony with outside seating that overlooks the pool. Down the hall guests will find three king suites each decorated with their own custom style and fit with a private bathroom and flat-screen TV. 

Located on the 3rd floor are 3 additional bedrooms. The first being a custom built bunk room with two full over full bunks and one twin over twin bunk that sleeps a total of 6 with its own private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are king suites complete with flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms. One will king suite will have a bathtub and shower along with its own private balcony.

Welcome to Born To Sun!

 
Born to Sun is a stunning 5200 square foot luxury home featuring 9 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a private pool/spa and an outdoor summer kitchen! This beautiful home was completed in 2016, and can accommodate up to 32 guests comfortably. All three levels of are easily accessible with the use of the private elevator. There is ample bedding throughout the home with 7 king suites, 1 queen suite and a custom-built bunk room for seven. A Brunswick pool table is located on the second floor, and the media room which is located on the third floor is perfect for kids in the evening. This home also has a golf cart (available for an additional fee)

Born to Sun boasts one of the largest private pools in the Frangista Beach community. The pool is approximately 30’ x 20’. The attached spa offers built-in seating for 8. Swim up to the underwater barstools or seat-ledges and relax at the in-water table. This is the perfect vantage point for the 60” TV located in the outdoor kitchen. You can also enjoy the pool deck while sun bathing on the eight comfortable lounge chairs provided. At night, the beautiful LED lights illuminate the pool, creating a memorizing environment. The fire pit is the perfect place to roast marshmallows! The back area is enclosed with a fence for privacy.

The summer kitchen has a large 48” gas grill, perfect for cookouts! There is also a commercial ice maker which can produce up to 200 lbs of ice during the day. The commercial grade margarita machine (available for rent) located in the summer kitchen and is perfect for making drinks on a warm day! This machine also makes the perfect non-alcoholic drinks for the little ones!

Welcoming you to the home, there is a spacious living room with 12’ ceilings. Relax and unwind on the sofa and chairs for eight while enjoying the beautiful views of the pool area. The dining area offers seating for 10 at the table, and 4 more at the breakfast bar. There is additional outdoor seating and tables located in the summer kitchen.

Continuing on the first floor, you will find the gourmet kitchen. Adorning the kitchen are the beautiful quartz countertops and a generous sized island, perfect for preparing large meals. Kitchen-Aid appliances are placed for convenience in the kitchen, including two full size refrigerators, two dishwashers, stove and a gas cooktop. There are abundant cabinets for storage. The combination of the stainless-steel appliances and Cambria quartz countertops create an elegant atmosphere. The elevator entrance is located just off the kitchen in the main hallway leading to the pool, laundry and full bathroom. Completing this level, you will find a queen suite and a full bath just off the sitting area.

Upon entering the second floor, you will find the game room featuring a Brunswick pool table, large flat screen TV and a high-top table and chairs. There is also a large balcony off the game room, overlooking the pool for relaxation. Completing this level are 4 large king suites, all with private baths. One of these king suites includes 2 sets of twin bunks in the room

Located on third, you will find the media room with large TV and gaming console. There is a bath shared between the bunk room and media room .This floor also has 3 additional king suites with private bathes. The master king suite features 2 sets of custom twin bunks. There is a custom-built bunk room with 1 set of full/full bunks, 1 set of twin/twin, and 1 individual twin bed (sleeps 7).

A few other highlights of this magnificent home include a Sonos Sound System which allows you to play your favorite play list throughout the home and pool area! The bathrooms are appointed with marble tile and beautiful inlays with Kohler sinks. The custom cabinets feature stunning quartz tops.

Locate in the garage is a paddle board for guests to use in the Gulf. The owner is also providing (at an additional cost), a six-person, street legal electric GEM golf cart. This is perfect to use for shopping and going back and forth to the beach and local restaurants!

NEWLY RENOVATED MARCH 2017!

Our guest have provided us with suggestions to make this home even better and we listened! Adonis has been recently upgraded and improved in preparation for this Summer Season and our repeat guest! This home will now feature a brand new outdoor Summer kitchen with a dining area and plenty of lounge chairs. A queen suite on the first floor has also been added which will sleep 2 and also feature a private full bath, located just off the newly expanded living and dining areas. The queen bedroom on the 2nd floor is now larger allowing guest more room and the bathroom for this bedroom has been redone. Adonis will now have accommodations to sleep up to 29 guests with 11 bedrooms and 12.5 baths. Along with the following renovations the entire home has been repainted to give it a more modern and welcoming touch. 

 
Welcome to Adonis!

Our stunning Adonis vacation home is a Mediterranean-style beach villa, exclusively located in the coastal community of Frangista Beach. This community off Scenic Hwy 98 is in the middle of tropical excitement with beach shops and shoreline restaurants within walking distance. But, most importantly this home is just a 3 minute stroll to a private beach access. So guests will be able to get to the sugar white sands of the emerald coast and away from the crowd.  This 5,200 sq. ft. home has 11 bedrooms and can sleep up to 29 people featuring many common room areas perfect for gatherings of any size. You will find this home has everything you need for a perfect family vacation! 

Adonis features a beautiful private, 15x21 ft. pool facing west, offering optimal sunshine and a wading area for small children. This pool is great for family fun or sunbathing in the lounge chairs on the pool deck. This home is full of entertainment, from the media room to the game room that features a pool table, kitchenette with full sized fridge, and bath. Both rooms are a great place to relax and spend time with family and friends. 
 
The luxury of this home is immensely noticeable upon entering. With the living rooms comfortable design in the warm light streaming in from the pool area sliding door entrance. Near the living room is the gourmet kitchen finished with the top-of-the line stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and enough dishware for 30+ people. Near the kitchen is a large dining table nicely lit by a chandelier which seats 10 with additional seating located at the breakfast bar, pool area, and outdoor dining. Seating will never be a problem! Located on the first floor is the media room with plenty of comfortable seating and a brand new 60” flat-screen TV with surround sound speakers. Located on this floor is the newly added queen suite with private bathroom.
 
Entering the second floor, guests will find a set of bedrooms that are connected together from a hallway to the next. The first being a custom-made bunk room with 1 full sized bed and 3 twins. This room is perfect for children, teens, and young adults. Connecting to that room is another queen bedroom which receives plenty of sunlight and shares a bathroom with the bunk room. The third room connected along this group is another queen bedroom and bath that were upgraded with the renovation. There are 3 additotional bedrooms on this floor. The first being a custom made bunk room with 2 twin over full sized bunks, flat-screen TV and private bathroom. The other two rooms are king suites; each with their own personal decorations, TVs, private bathrooms and private balconies. A laundry room is conveniently placed on this floor as well.
 
Following the staircase to the third floor are four king suites. The ornate decorations will have guests resting in a state of luxury. Each room features their own private bathroom and personal flat screen TVs. One of the four rooms features its own private balcony. There is also a game room; perfect for family gatherings. This room includes a pool table, kitchenette, wet bar, and an additional bathroom.

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $50/day or $300/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Seasonal Beach Chair Service - Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered for our Summer 2018 months. This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm. Our Summer Season begins on May 12, 2018 and ends August 10, 2018.
