The main floor bedroom is a master bedroom with full bathroom and has a king bed.  The third floor bedrooms are described as follows:  Large Bunk Bed bedroom, with 4 queen beds and private balcony with tub and shower bathroom.  3rd bedroom is a king size bed with full bathroom and private balcony.  4th bedroom has two queen size beds. 5th bedroom  has a king bed and bathroom.  The 6th bedroom has 4 twin bunk beds.  The upstairs alone sleeps 20 people and has great balcony access!

The outside of the house has a 70ft by 50ft event area with private pool and fire pit!  This will be an awesome spot to hang out and host an event if that is your plan.  The outdoors will have an outside shower, parking for at least 8 vehicles under the house, and covered access to the elevator that goes throughout the 3 levels!
