Located on the south side of Scenic Hwy 30-A, only steps by boardwalk to the beach. NO streets to cross or driving required. Showers are available on the boardwalk to rinse off the sand and salt. Enjoy our pet friendly larger 2 BR/2BA condo on the ground floor overlooking the grassy knoll where BBQ grills are available for outdoor cooking. Enjoy a cool drink on our large patio with two tables and 4 chairs. There are two pools, two tennis courts and shuffleboard and a lake BBQ area for your use.
Our unit is tastefully decorated and updated for you! The king size master bedroom has a comfy mattress and 32 inch flat screen TV, with en suite with a full bath tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has twin beds and a 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. The second bathroom with shower, makes it easy when you are getting ready for more fun after a beach day. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at the beach on those days you don't want to go out. The living room has a queen sleeper and 42" smart TV and we have Netflix available for family entertainment. Cable & Wi-Fi is also here.
Rent bikes and take advantage of the 17 miles of paved bike paths on 30-A. Two miles to the west is beautiful Seaside which provides unique shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Five miles east is Rosemary Beach with wine and tapas bars, award winning architecture, boutiques, and moderate to fine dining.
Fifteen minutes to the west is Destin, which boasts the largest premium outlets in the US. Fifteen minutes to the east is Panama City Beach and its mega shopping & dining experiences with Pier Park.
Our unit is completely tiled and we are pet friendly. Full electric stove, refrigerator, full size washer and dryer, new microwave and dishwasher for your use.
